I got *two* over-the-air updates for my SK2 this morning: one with new features, and one with performance enhancements. It took a few minutes to get the update, then some of my applications reinstalled (I think) and then the second update came about half an hour later.

Apparently they're rolling them out in stages, so as not to overload the update servers. So if you haven't gotten yours yet, you'll have to wait a little while longer.

T-Mobile has posted a full list of the features in this OTA. The official title is Release 2.3 (for both updates) and here's what it includes:

A few of the features they note:

- Customize your jump screen background with a photo
- New Sim Center settings screen
- Undo for text edits
- JavaScript support on web pages!
- Buddy icons for AIM
- You can now see your buddies' icons <- pretty cool
- Select multiple messages when browsing e-mail
- "Download message headers only" setting
- Send a Note via e-mail
- Create a slideshow from your photos
- New "list" and zoom views in the Photo Gallery

There are about 50 features total, some big and some small. So far it's been stable on my SK2, and it doesn't look like they've removed any features. It's pretty cool to be able to see your buddy icons -- makes you feel like you're really using something that's plugged into the rest of the Internet.
